That's Alfred Consigli a local vet. He was a Sherman 105 crewman with Patton. Normandy to the end. Wonderful gentleman with a ton of amazing stories .Wow! I always loved to see these things from near!
I wish someday these things (re-enactment) be legal in Iran, too.
Also, Who is that Veteran in US Tanker's uniform? Last set of photos, last photo.

Always enjoy seeing "Yellow 10." I lived with her for several years in the 80s as publisher for Champlin Fighter Museum Press in Mesa AZ. While I was there, the Dora (only one in private hands) received a more thorough restoration than Doug Champlin's original project in Germany, though Kurt Tank participated.Hey all.
Some pixs from our annual big event. Mike specializes in reenacting in Erich Hartmann so putting him in our Bf-109 with Bubi's markings seemed appropriate ! Unfortunately we could only round four WW2 vets this year. Alfred Consigli is a regular here at the AHM and was a Sherman 105 crewman with Patton. Sad to realize that in four or fine years all these national treasures will be gone. The 247 was new this year. The cargo truck is a Ford built in Germany for the German army vehicle.
