Air force commanders at begining of ww2 ???

Is there any info about Air Force Commanders of different nations at beginning of ww2 ?

I would say for Iran , Colonel Ahmad Khosravani was in charge. And during Anglo Soviet invasion of Iran, Major General Karim Bozorgmehri was CG.

What about other nations ???

The British were blessed to have Dowding and Park in 1940 (and before), being British they decided to get rid of Dowding and promote the idiot Leigh Mallory. Park was later called into action at Malta where he again showed his worth.
