Help with Japanese WW2 or earlier emblem.

Not really got any info on this emblem other than it's from Japanese aircraft either WW2 or earlier.
I've searched a lot, I'm wondering if it's a Kamon (family crest) or maybe of some obscure squadron.

Can anyone help?

I found many that were similar but not identical. Two things in common were that they were on the tails of various types of aircraft and they all belonged to flying schools Time for the expert, Shinpachi

I've taken a look through the Emblems of the rising sun a few times and there are some similar ones but nothing is a complete match.

No idea but looks like a simplified "電 (den = electricity)."
