Air Show London 2024

September 13, 14 and 15 found multiple aircraft descending on London Ontario. Display teams and demo birds included the Snowbirds, the Red Arrows, USAF F-16 and the Canadian CF-18. Weather was brilliant the whole weekend.
A big tado was the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the RCAF.
Lets get it started with a few Red Arrow pics. I will not post individual pics of all 10 of their airframes but rather a selection of pics.

Last time I saw them was 2015 in your neck of the woods. Hard to believe that was 9 years ago already. It is true when they say, the days go by slowly, but the years go by quickly.

Good stuff Jeff. I would love to see the "Snowbirds" display. How old are the airframes ?
The "Reds" have been using the Hawk since 1980 and, as far as I know, most of them are the original airframes.

Mid 60s for most of the CT-114s.

An iconic aircraft, still in production. Is her hold on tactical transports coming to an end with a few air forces going A-400? Only time will tell.

CP-140 Auroras are soon to be on their way to museums. Canada has recently signed a letter to purchase Boeing P-8 aircraft. Not sure of the in service date but knowing Canada, 140s will be showing up for 3 or 4 more years still.
