True - more reporting here:Depends what you mean by "take out." Destroying the GPS satellites would be an absolute red line. However, jamming receipt of their signals clearly is not because Russia is doing that today.
The R-330Zh Zhitel jammer (shown below) has counter-GPS capabilities and is in use by Russian forces in Ukraine

Problem is those munitions will home onto the antenna which may be physically separated from the actual jamming transmitter. Replacing an antenna is easy - just unplug the cable, drive to a new location, set up a new antenna etc.
The other problem is some jamming effects against satellites can be conducted from very, VERY deep in enemy territory. For example, the footprint of a SATCOM system can cover an entire continent which means that a jammer anywhere on that continent can "see" the target SATCOM bird and deliver jamming effects.

ALARM, like most ARMs, is designed to go against air defence radar systems. Could they be adapted to go after jammers? Maybe...but remember that the jammer is targeting friendly frequencies. You'd be programming your ARM to target a frequency that your forces are using. Maybe not the best idea?
According to Wiki (I know...), ALARM is still used by the Saudis.

If they are sending out such a strong signal to overlay/jam GPS signals this should be traceable. If Ukrainians are able to trace the source they may need visual targeting help via drone.
If they are out of range for conventional artillery and GPS is jammed maybe there's some option for Laser guidance from a drone.

I am fairly confident that GPS and the Russian equivalent, Glonass, use different frequencies but you must also remember the Ukrainians also have Glonass system receivers so killing the GPS satellites would have limited effect - and would immeadiately result in every Glonass satellite falling from the sky which would hurt the Russians more as they do not have the capacity to replace them.

Why do they need a strong jamming signal? The signal coming out of the satellites is only about 50 watts. Given attenuation from the atmosphere and other propagation losses, the received signal on the earth is about -125dBm. Doesn't take a lot of power to overwhelm a receiver that's sensitive enough to operate on such a lower-powered signal.
