Great article regarding Ukrainian forces going after Russians in other areas.

Now, I'm wondering if Ukraine might be thinking about that Russian enclave in Georgia. Assisting the Georgians with expelling the Russians could open up some new options.
And Putin can't claim it's NATO...well, he probably would anyway.
