The sales by these companies to Russia are no doubt far smaller than their sales to the EU, let alone the EU +Canada +UK +other Ukrainian allies.

If those pro Ukrainian countries were to quickly adopt and adapt Trumps plan regarding Russian oil sales and add a 500% penalty on ALL the products of all these companies until they identify and eliminate all sales to Russia I suspect the shipments would stop within weeks. Naturally the countries would also have to put an equivalent penalties on all their own manufacturer who supply goods to Russia. A ban on supplying products to any part of the EU and allies, including the instant cancellation of all existing contracts until they can prove 100% compliance, would be a good lever.

Companies would react quickly because the 500% penalty would not only make their products unaffordable in a large part of the affluent world but would also give smaller competitors a massive leg up that could permanently erode those suppliers market share unless they respond very quickly.

While that is true both types are still in production and in service so cutting off the affected components manufacture and repair will have an effect. Possibly quite quickly given light fingered Russians.

It is quite likely that the newer aircraft and drones use parts from those companies - there have been no shortage of news items saying Russian drones contain modern Western computer chips.

I disagree. His decision to cancel the E-7 AWACS and substitute it with the E-2(!) is to me nearly criminal incompetence. Halting the F-35 program early when the F-47 is at least years if not a couple of decades in the future is stupid. Even a layperson such as myself can see the gravity and impact of these unforced errors.

Someone hired the x-ray technician to run the hospital.
