It is time for the main NATO players to say that IF ANY troops or ammunition cross in to Ukraine during that exercise that all the FAFO NATO members will immediately commence a joint military exercise with Ukraine along the full length of the Ukrainian border and for them to right now start moving troops and equipment to the NATO/Ukraine borders.

It is a pity that the Russians did not announce this last week so that the European response would be locked in before today's meeting in Russia.
