The taller structure (foreward) does look like some sort of optical device, but the rear structure with a "beam" looks nothing like an APKWS launcher, which is rather long and has a square-sided shape to the body.That looks suspiciously like a civil truck with a Hiab crane and civil equipment to me. I very much doubt that the Ukranians are painting mil equipment in colours that stand out like the proverbial dogs parts.
