Electronics either toasted or underwater - if the hull is still sound it would need a major rebuild. Probably out of action for years.

An interesting side note:
the Ukrainian Navy has several warships based in Portsmouth (UK) due to their being at sea when Russia attacked in 2022 and not beimg allowed to transit back to the Black Sea.

So this is also an option for reaching Russian targets with drones, etc. without needing to over-fly other nation's territory to reach Russian targets.
