In response:This is getting interesting ... fetching popcorn ...
"We are Russians just like you. We are people just like you. We want our children to grow up in piece and be free people, so that they can travel, study and just be happy in a free country. But this has no place in today's Putin's Russia, rotten from corruption, lies, censorship, restrictions on freedoms, repressions. In that Russia where a person's life means less than an official's wallet. In that Russia where a separate railway is being laid to the residence of the bunker grandfather instead of repairing roads in the regions. In a dictatorial country where children are separated from their parents for calling for peace, and teenagers are given life sentences. It's time to put an end to the Kremlin's dictatorship. Thanks to all those who support us. To everyone who sends us donations and smokes where necessary. Your support is what every day reminds us of our final goal on Red Square [in Moscow]. Be brave and don't be afraid, because we are coming home. Russia will be free!"

I was referring to South Korea's Hyundai as an alternative to Germany's proposal of Rheinmetall as a partner for setting up AFV production in Ukraine, presumably post war. South Korea's donor status isn't really a factor. Hyundai in partnership with Warsaw is going to be building K2 tanks in Poland, I believe.South Korea is way down the list of supporters
Boeing is currently manufacturing the F/A-18E/F and F-15 at their St. Louis plant.Yes you have - the Classic Hornet was last produced in 2000
Yes, but the originating story here was the article pushing for the supply of Australia's former Classic Hornets.Boeing is currently manufacturing the F/A-18E/F and F-15 at their St. Louis plant.
Yes, that's right, and also sayed thanked for supportThis is getting interesting ... fetching popcorn ...

Hyundai Rotem won't do anything without Sth Korean Govt support IMHO, especially given the actual K2 design belongs to the Govt (it was designed by the Agency for Defense Development - Hyundai Rotem just manufactures it). Moreover, remember that in the case of Poland, there is a lot of Govt money going into the PGZ deal/facilities.I was referring to South Korea's Hyundai as an alternative to Germany's proposal of Rheinmetall as a partner for setting up AFV production in Ukraine, presumably post war. Yes, but the originating story here was the article pushing for the supply of Australia's former Classic Hornets.
I realise that...and again point out that the original story and this conversation was about Classics. The Super Hornet production line is still going. It's just across the street…

Where have we heard that before?Russia claims Ukrainian 'sabotage group' attacked Russian city of Belgorod
Russia says it is battling a cross-border incursion in Belgorod by saboteurs who burst through the frontier from Ukraine, but Ukraine's military intelligence service blames the armed operation on "opposition-minded Russian citizens" from two paramilitary groups.www.abc.net.au
