According to RUMINT, there were dozens of Patriot interceptors that Israel didn't need anymore and that Ukraine tried to obtain through a complex deal via Poland. Allegedly, the deal was frozen after the new US administration moved in.

Baby steps, to be sure. On the other hand, the leader of the current administration has a long history of violating contracts, so I'd not be surprised if he puts Ukraine back on sale to Russia.
