With Ukraine leading the innovation and development of war fighting tech I note the seemingly lack of new developments in the engineering systems the AFU needs to pierce the Surovikin line in advance of any move southward in the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia Oblasts. Something like remote robotic breachers akin to the Mv-4 but in large numbers. What is available in the realm of armoured breakthrough systems that could be scaled up for Ukraine?
More on this. According to FT and Reuters, under the proposal, Ukraine would be required to cede the remainder of the eastern region of Donbas, including territory under Kyiv's control, and cut the size of its armed forces by half. The proposed framework would also require Kyiv to abandon certain categories of weaponry, including long range missiles. No Foreign troops would be allowed in the country either. It would also see US military assistance to the country rolled back. Finally, Russian would be recognised as an official state language in Ukraine, while official status would be granted to the Ukrainian division of the Russian Orthodox Church.
If this is true, those proposing it are either totally insane or fully in bed with Putin...or both.

Ukraine's Claimed ATACMS Strike In Russia Signals Major Shift In U.S. Policy (Updated)
After a long hiatus, Ukraine says it used ATACMS missiles to strike inside Russia, which points to loosening restrictions and the possibility of more missiles.
Given that the US is pressuring Ukraine to surrender with woeful conditions and no guarantees I think it is more likely these ATACMS were supplied by another nation.

Pointing a laser at a pilot is not only illegal in a large number of countries, but also falls under international law in a few categories, including one section where it may be considered as an act of "use of force", where retaliatory action can be permitted.
