Most likely.

Russia sent it's aircraft carrier crew to Ukraine and they have sent about 2,000 Pacific Fleet sailor to Ukraine as well.

The manpower drain of Putin's folly is hollowing out the Russian military, especially in the area of much needed experience.

If a serious shooting war with a premier adversary ever happens, Mother Russia is serious trouble.
 
Aparently, they've been sending Pacific Fleet Naval Aviation personnel to Ukraine to fill holes in some of their units.

I can't even think of a reason to deplete your air arm of skilled men to sit in a foxhole, soon to become fertilizer.

It's just insane...
