I agree with the first sentence but I have seen no evidence of South Korea or Taiwan providing any assistance. I think those two countries need to get their acts together and support Ukraine. SK in particular is building world leading equipment but the only way Ukraine will get any seems to be via Poland buying the stuff and donating it.
