A brief interjection: Col. Jethro E. Culpepper is the leader of the Confederate Air Force, now the Commemorative Air Force. That's why all CAF members are colonels. Southern gentlemen sipping mint julips are all colonels. I have a picture of him in action at a CAF airshow as the rearseat bombardier in a Breezy, flour bombing the target from a very low altitude.
