Small point of correction: It is mentioned in this that Australia procured the Lynx. To be exact, this was only a handful of vehicles purchased for evaluation. They eventually chose the rival Hanwha AS-21 Redback IFV.

I suppose the bridge has been left intact (somewhat) to enable angry and talkative Russian refugees to escape Crimea and mingle uncensored with the locals on the Russian mainland. Once that's considered complete, the bridge will be destroyed.

Ukrainians could have already attacked it with hundreds of drone but they chose the opposite - atack valuable targets around it but not the bridge itself.
They probably do send the occasional drone towards the bridge so russian leadership stay interested in keeping Air defense there.
Ukrainians will keep recon drones there so if a fuel convoy is spotted it will be destroyed one the bridge or while leaving it.
By isolating Crimea they will force russians to open the bridge for trucks as the only open route and the Ukrainians are waiting for it
