Well guys, we are almost done working on a change that should be welcome by all. We are just finalizing the details.

Just a heads up, all authors will have to send a signed copy to all Admins/Mods so that we can review the book before it is posted. I especially like that detail of it.

Author's Section

We have opened up the ability for author's to submit their works for review and community discussion. They will have special access to the submit their works here. Them submission will go live after review by the mod team. We hope this addition will add to the depth of knowledge already amassed within this site.

In addition to the above, we have introduce a book suggestion section. This will allow users to reach out the community for help. Users can reply to the request with solutions or ask thread starter to clarify what they are seeking. This is a special forum that will allow upvoting of replies to increase their visibility.

The special section for authors and community sourced book suggestion is a start to our work in cleaning up the books section. As part of these changes we are allowing the posting of items via Amazon. This site is an Amazon affiliate and thus will receive a small commission on linked sales. This little bit helps cover the costs of maintaining the site.

So where are the book submissions?

Perhaps a bit shy? Perhaps this will help;

Writer guys, you do know this board is visited by an incredible lot of people daily i hope. They are specially looking for aviation stuff and therefor a dedicated potential buyer of your work.
Even more so most of your books are endorsed by people in the know on this board wich gives more weight then a star on whatever buying platform.

I do think this can be a good thing for the authors/writers/publisists and we as community.
So dont be shy. You worked long hours on making the book.
It deserves to be presented to a dedicated audience.
