It is reserved for the highest level of praise on the forum. Bacon is the ultimate food, and proof of the existence of deity...because only a supreme being beyond our understanding could create the pig which consumes garbage but which gives us bacon.
It's an old insiders joke and has a bit of history. It started many years ago with a thread called "all is alright with the world" and grew from there.
