I find the number of aircraft modelled in the game amazing. And yet i'm bewildered by the huge collection of subtypes: Bf 109 G-6, Bf 109 G-6 late, Bf 109 G-6/AS, Bf 109 G-14, Bf 109 G-14/AS...
Many of these aircraft are very similar to each other, especially the ones converted to use the DB 605 AS engine.
So my question is: can one actually model , say, the Bf 109 G-6 late and the Bf 109 G-14 accurately as different machines? Is there anyone in the world who knows the real differences between a Bf 109 G-6/AS AND A Bf 109 G-14/AS anymore?
