Hi,
Can anyone help with some things on the 109E i'm having trouble finding out.
1.Does anyone know what colour the trim wheel is by the seat is and does it have any markings on it.
2. Did the 109 have a special colour for exterior priming or was it RLM02 grey as i want to try the hairspray technique.
3. I could never find out what colour the seat belts are painted.

Hope it's ok to ask three questions.
Thanks for any help,
Cheers,
Rodders.

1. The trim wheel didn't have any inscriptions there. It coulurs could be eighter the black/ black-green (Schwarzgrun) or of the same tone the cockpit interior was or one of the two with brownish edges. It is because the trim wheels could have the wooden rounded edge rings attached to be better handle.

the pic source: the net.

2. It looks like no base coat or primer was used for Emils.

3. The belts were of the natural webbing fiber colour ( almost white/beige ) getting dirty and the brownish tinge in time.

Hi,
Thanks for the help. That's just what i need.
Cheers,
Rodders.
