IMHO , the appearance of the camouflage would depend on the place where the aircraft overhauling was done and the time. The one seen in the profile looks similar to the MiG-23 overhauled in the USSR. However there was the time the plane type was overhauling in Poland and then these were painted silver. So the colour would be also possible. The only difference would be the location of the fuselage Polish White-Red square. It was applied at the fuselage side between the wing trailing adge and the elevator leading one usually. Generally, most of Polish fighter planes were of the NM or silver finish while these strike aircraft wore camouflage.
