Need some more opinions about my blade propeller where they come from ?????
The marks are RA8812 17 17 DRG

First impression is a Jablo blade possibly from a Spitfire, missing it's 'skin'. Hopefully someone can identify it from the numbers.

If you look closely it actually reads RA5812, which is a Rotol part number of a hub adaptor. DRG is short for drawing number, from which the part was manufactured. Unfortunately, that part number was used on a variety of types, including Hurricanes, Halifaxes etc, so can't be narrowed down from that alone. Can you find any more numbers on the blade butt anywhere?

After taking a lot more rust found this - WooDR536DTSM 1125 and a circular symbol with the A 111 - A on top and 111 on bottom

Be patient - not all of the more knowledgeable members are on the forum all the time, and it's also still in the summer holiday period. If this was found in Portugal, my guess would be that it's possibly from a Hurricane.

Without checking the net yet, I would agree with earlier comments - certainly resembles a Hurricane or Halifax prop. Will have a look on 'Uncle Google' later when I get time.
