Concorde Service Problems Cheap Ways of Solutions according to the disclassified historical tech data:
In my opinion, according to many data of concorde DISCLASSIFIED recent years, the retirement of concorde is not mainly because of its tech disadvantage, but because of the poor service management, which is extremely lack of innovation and fairly far away from the masses' needs in Concorde's Service by Air France and British Air, adding the commertially-attack laws.
Concorde is the pioneer of supersonic jets, and in my opinion according to some technical data, many of the concorde's disadvantages are greatly enlarged, which are mainly listed in 3 points:


1. Concorde's Environmental Issue Solution:
Major complaints of Concorde's Environment Problems comes in 3 ways:
(1) Solution of Concorde's NOx Pollution, which greatly destroys Ozonosphere:
NOx of concorde's emission mainly comes from the high temperature of its engines, which all of the jet engines could not avoid beacuse of their high temperature. Although all of the jets exhaust NOx, Concorde flies the highest in the middle of Stratosphere so it makes the greatest effect, and it's estimated that a fleet of 500 Concordes would destroy the earth's Ozonophere.
Solution: Spray N2H4 which weight just 3% of the burnt fuel weight behind the exhaust, with only a effect of 3% of range and economical loss.

N2H4 is a traditional chemical rocket's fuel used in the Spacecraft Apollo, which could burn as soon as it touches NOx gas, so adding a device behind the exhaust of concorde and spraying N2H4 evenly into its emission gases, has a potential of reducing most of its NOx emission.
(x/2)N2H4 + NOx = (x+1)/2 N2 + x H2O,
NOx is mainly formed by the mixture NO and NO2, which means each 32g of N2H4 could burn 46g to 60g of NOx.
The amount of NOx emission per kg of fuel depends on the conbustion inlet temperature of the engine.
It's estimated that modern jet engines with a same conbustion inlet temperature of 1500K, CF6, produces 46g of NOx in full thrust, while concorde should be very similar with almost the same conbustion inlet temperature without afterburner. So concorde would produce about 50g of NOx per kg of fuel when afterburner is disactivated.
So as it roughly calculated, to get rid of most of its NOx emission while cruising without afterburner, environmentally-friendly modified concorde should bring about 3% of N2H4 and spray them behind its exhaust while cruising. The N2H4 should be stored in a remote tank with 3% fuel capacity in its wings.

(2) Solution of Concorde's H2SO4 pollution:
Rising the oil refining standard of desukfurizing, to reduce the amount of sulphur remain in the fuel.
(3) Minimize the Concorde's Sonic boom pollution:
Actually, thunder itself is a kind of sonic boom, that could travel miles away. The sonic boom of concorde on the ground is about 105dB, which is as loud as a thunder. It's reported that the Concorde's sonic boom effective range of concorde is about 20 nautical miles enroute.

However in the real world, the majority of US territory is in fact is not crowded and they're vast farmland, desolated mountains, forests and even desert, which means with a proper route planning for Concorde based on the density of population, not following the traditional VOR route planning, could greatly avoid the major effect of the sonic boom of concorde.

2. Concorde's Economy Issue Solution:
In my opinion, concorde's economical failure mainly not comes from Concorde's initial disadvantages, but mainly comes from the extremely poor service management of the concorde by Air France and British Air, which is lack of innovation while servicing, and far away from the needs of the masses.
A great deal of Concorde's fuel is burnt at an extra-low speed, which indicates that saving tons of fuel while taxiing.
(1) Ground Fuel Consumption:
Due to the low number of concorde and limited airlines of concorde, it's better to equip each concorde's regular-based airport with a tow tractor, which concorde shares the first priority of being towed, in order to safe fuel(about 4 tons saved each time). After about 500 flights, the saved fuel price would enough to pay back the price of aircraft tower.
(2) Flight Fuel Consumption:
In fact, concorde is a very efficient plane, which has a range of 4500 miles at maximum takeoff weight:
"Over the years, since the introduction of Concorde by the airlines, small changes to the aerodynamics of the original model's specs along with operational improvements have enabled the range of the aircraft to be increased to near 4,500 miles. It regularly flies the 4,250 mile trip to Barbados from London with a maximum takeoff weight that is now very close to the figure estimated for the B model. The load carried is only 80 passengers, but this is because with Barbados being a holiday destination the passengers prefer to carry more luggage ... and pay that little bit extra!"
In fact, the MTOW of Concorde is 181 tons, when fully loaded with 90 tons of fuel, with also the maximum payload of <13 tons, which is <6% of the MTOW, suggesting that it affects very little for range and payload whether with 80 passengers on heavy 1st-class seat, or 144 passengers on economical seats.
Concorde's aerodynamic, narrow body did restricted the space for the passengers, up to 128 economy class passengers could be carried with 86 cm (34 in) seat pitch. A version with 144 passenger seats at 81 cm (31 in) pitch was available.
So as a conclusion, the exact range of modified concorde(without N2H4 sprayers), is 144 passengers for 7200km(4500 miles), with a fuel concumption of 90 tons!
As a comparison, Boeing 707 could transport 141 passengers for 7200km, too, with a fuel consumption of 69.5 tons.

So in comparison, there's only 30% more fuel consumption concorde consumes more than 707.
Although fuel price rises much in 1973, 707s were still widely used in 1980s.
For example,

That indicates, only regarding fuel economy, when in all-economy configuration, Concorde is only 30% more fuel than 707-320 per seat at the same range of 7200km, with a speed of 2.5 times faster, which is economically extremely worthy!
3. Concorde's Wrong promotion Strategy: Not facing to the masses, but only focusing on fastness.

As it is stated above, only regarding fuel economy, when in all-economy configuration, Concorde is only 30% more fuel than 707-320 per seat at the same range of 7200km, with a speed of 2.5 times faster, which is economically extremely worthy! If the flights of concorde are much enough, the price of concorde in all-economy configuration could be only 30% more than 707!

As a medium-to-large jet, concorde could not fully fits the rich's needs for TAKING OFF AT ANY TIME as the private airliners can do, so the true way of concorde should be the masses, who have a need of live healthier.
It's reported that when traveling for >5hours in air greatly increases the risk of Cardiovascular Disease because the majority could only sit in economy seats for long flights. But in concorde which is much faster, one doesn't need to sit there for >4 hours, which significantly improves feelings and decreases the risk of.Cardiovascular Disease.
