That is way cool. I have seen the original at Oshkosh and have always wanted to see it fly, even if the performance predictions are ... optimistic. Would be VERY heat to see it happen.

I have to say, that is one beautiful aircraft. Was it from the same Bugatti that makes cars too?

I built an RC scale model of it and it flew just fine ... so I'd like to see this new replica fly.
Provided the CG is right, there is no reason why it shouldn't fly just fine, too.
Hopefully it'll take wing in the near future and prove once and for all that the Bugatti would have been a good one if it had the chance. it might not have made the performance predictions, but SHOULD have flown well.
