Can anyone ID this PE set?

I will take better pictures and post them later, but these 3 PE frets came with a KORA 1/72 Mitsubishi Ki 21 upgrade set, but I don't believe it is actually part of it. I imagine the seller just threw it in with the rest of the stuff they sent me. Not sure if the decals are part of it (I doubt it) and the little sheet of instructions is in Czech(?) and may not even be associated with the PE.

KAREL mosaz 0,16 is etched on all 3 sheets if that helps.

The instruction is in the Czech and is for the decasl. It is a kind of a warning with the info on how to apply them. However the decal sheets aren't complete. There is the lack of one of the white discs for the red Hinomaru markings. Also I can't see any numbers and unit markings that were used for the plane for sure.
The "mosaz" word in the Czech language means brass in the English. It looks like the "0,16" is the thickness of the plate and the "4x" may to be the number of everything. The "KAREL" looks like the name of the manufacturer.

BTW what is the upgrade set number?

OK, I see. To be honest I can't find any upgrade set of the Kora Models firm with the PE frets coming with their sets. Usually there are the resin parts with decals only.

All is possible. But it may be for either a bomb bay/doors or flaps and the interior for them in wings.

Hmmm...maybe? I tried googling 1/72 scale Mitsubishi Ki 21 PE set and didn't come up with a match.

Same here. I suspect that's a low-cost series of the PE frets or just a private order. It is not difficult to make PE parts even at home these days.
