My wife recently found this. Interesting original document. Here is a scan of the cover page and the inside two pages. Does anyone know anything about this card?

Frank Olynyk probably would've known about the card, but he just departed the pattern--a major loss to our circle. Am helping his sister with enough info for an obit.
I knew Frank at least from the early 80s, didn't realize he was so much older. Died at 78 or 79.

Thank you for your reply. I found that Capt Emmer had been a friend of another pilot who has a living relative. I think the card was probably sent to Her. More info later.
