Attached are two PDFs. The first is a scan of an actual copy of AP 2013A - the Tomahawk Mk I Pilots notes. The second is C coldkiwi1 's scans processed to PDF. It appears that those scans are from a microfilm print.

Edit - the Coldkiwi pdf refuses to stick - will retry in the morning.
