DC-3 wreckage help

About a 2 hours drive from where I live is a DC-3 near Punta Gorda, FL out in a swamp. Below is a pic of it when it was spotted. When I looked at it on Google Earth, it doesn't appear to be on anyone's property.
Is there a way that I can find out if it is on State owned land, or private? Any suggestions to see who it belongs to and on who's property would be welcomed. I'm interested in seeing the wreckage in Person on the ground.

Owner and notes: Wreck at Punta Gorda-Shell Creek Airpark, Florida.

But as this is described as being on an 'Airpark' I guess it's on an airfield or something. Might be wrong, but I don't know the area.
