Decal solution- Where to buy in Canada?

As seen in topic, where can I buy quality decal solutions in Canada? I play around with models, but decals that are sticking out can be very annoying. I tried vinegar before, but did not work well. Does anyone have any idea?
P.S: I am new here so please forgive me if i have noob questions!

Canada's a big place. Where are you?

I think I've seen decal solutions in every hobby shop I've visited here so it's not like they're banned. If you have one near you, just ask at the counter. If not, you can mail order from places like squadron.com.

Else just browse on the Internet, I've seen set and sol for less than $4,- each somewhere.

Microscale sells the stuf itself, for $3,- each only you have to order for more than $20,- so if you need some decals or other solution you can buy it from them.
