As the caption reads "LtCol MacKenzies crew" i agree, assuming they would be photographed in front of their aircraft. He was CO of 458 Sqd between June and November 1943. Attached are some other photos of his aircraft "Henrietta", they are found in the same album as the original linked one!

How the 'Torpington' carried 2x torpedoes with air tails. If you look closely you can just read that they used a "2000 lb bomb beam" in each outer compartment, one for each torpedo.

Very good photo! "Standard bomb beams &(?) doors removed" and "Side fairing of bomb compartment". Obviously a different way of fitting the torpedoes compared to the Wellingtons with V-cuts, as the bomb bay doors were still mounted on those and the side fairing looks to have been removed at the rear aswell.
