How to put your throttle as the throttle on the joystick instead of the +/- buttons?

In the menu, at the bottom, you have a "Hotas" section ; to made the game recognise an axis as throttle, click on the area in front of "Throttle", and move your axis.

It is the Z axis under HOTAS control....
