Embarrassed that I haven't yet commented on this??? Been watching and just strolling through. I really like the bands. On my build, I probably added extra work when I sprayed over my white primer with white paint. The white primer looks excellent.

Modellin'. Started the weathering on the top side using Mr. Weathering Color Greyish Brown. I like this colour as it isn't very dark.




Hard to see but I painted the gear down indicator with Citadel Mephiston Red


I like using Citadel base paints for details as the coverage over dark colours is awesome, usually one coat is good

I did not wait for a day. For the first time ever, I sprayed a clear coat, Winsor & Newton Matt Varnish. This stuff brush coats okay but spraying is far superior. Sprayed a mix of 3:1, Matt and Tamiya X-20A using about 18psi, misting on about 4"-6" away. Being a clear coat, I really wasn't sure when the AB was clean so I spent double the time cleaning it. I have Matt and Satin, just need to find cheap shipping for Gloss and these will be my clear coats.
