♫ Green, green, it's green the Spits green they say ♪ Thanks all. XF-89 applied. As with some others, I used Oramask on the flat surfaces. The kits diagram, for some reason was not to scale so I spent some time re-sizing it. I couldn't get the tape to match some of the subtle curves on fuselage so I'll live with it. I was worried about bleed under in some areas as the Oramask doesn't conform very well to lumps and bumps but I sprayed at an angle away from the tape edge and managed to pull it off....very pleased. Very pleased as well as there was no paint removal even though some of the tape was on for days and I put the Oramask on without removing any of the tackiness.
