**** DONE: GB-64 1/48 F-82G - One Trick Pony

Started on the wing. Had to drill the holes for drop tanks and started the wheel wells.

Laid down some black wash in the gear bays. It may have been a bit to heavy but I'm good with it and than put the upper center wing on.
Bottom of upper wing and gear doors still on sprue.

Upper center wing mated, yeah it took all those clamps.

There are only five P/F-82's left. XP-82 flying, 2 F-82B's at the Air Force Museum in Dayton, one E is being restored to flying and the last is an E on static on display at Lackland AFB San Antonio. So Tuesday I'll go out and get some updated pictures of it. Nice day trip.
 
Mated upper and lower outer wing. than I matted the twin fuselages.
Wing mate was a bit of a challenge and it seems I may need to go back and revisit one side. I did not notice this until I looked at the photos.

Other that thit the fuselage mate was fairly easy and clean.
