Spent the night assembling the booms and sanding them. Next to start on the cockpit . This kit is just really nice and falls together .

Wow you had to sand something? I almost didn't even use glue, few places I put the parts in place and they wouldn't come out.

Added the balck future wash to the cockpit today later tonight ill spray the clear flat and then dry brush and final detail . I also aded the kit provided insturment decals .

Beauty Brian. I stole you Future/Tamiya idea but substituted Citadel Agrax Earthshade for a dirt coloured wash. Can't remember the ration but a whack more Future the colour, almost runs like Panel liner

Just did some checking and apparently Agrax is discontinued so if you see one, try it and like it, you might want to stock up. More checking shows that Army Painter Warpaints Strong Tone as well if not better. I already love Army Painter Matte so I'll be checking it out too Army Painter Warpaints: Fanatic Wash - Strong Tone

Well gents i got the Lightning office done today . Now to start getting the main wing section assembled . This kit is truly amazing as is the cockpit detail .
