To avoid troubles in final assembly of painted model, I made some positioning/strengthening of the struts.
(Academy didn't master it)

I couldn't put it off any longer, so I made a Thursday Saw Massacre.
Material seems to be quite good in treatment- dry but a bit crispy.
The rest of job will be done with hand operated Czech razor-blade-saw.

To fit those 3D engines you need to cut the original model parts! . Disguisting, but what can you do?.

Do you know the BuNo of the a/c you are building? It's about the de-icing system(s) of the Catalina - you might know this.
