I have a pdf of a period booklet of Farnbourough exibition. Tell what there is to see and in what hall. Engines were part of this.A very interesting image taken at Farnborough, most likely during the enemy Aircraft Exhibition in October 1945. A few unique aircraft can be seen in this shot, an Fw 189 behind the Do 217's nose, fins from an He 219 visible above the fuselage, along with the Ju 388 and its unique canopy glazing, with the Fw 200 to the right. The Fw 189 is Wk Nr 0173, AM 27, the He 219 is likely to be Wk Nr 310200, AM 23, the Ju 388 is Wk Nr 500006, AM 83, which went to the College of Aeronautics at Cranfield, where it was on display in the hangar with a collection of weird and wonderful aircraft that made up the Library of Flight before being sadly scrapped. The Fw 200 is Wk Nr 0111, AM 96.
