Quite late-war, looks to be a ground / landing collision of a G-6 / 14 onto a DB 605 D engined version that would be G-10 or K-4.
Wouldn't be earlier than Nov '44, probably Spring '45.

IMHO this is a G-10 from the Erla production: it's not a K-4 or Mtt/WNF G-10 - lower engine cowling is missing the 2 small elliptic bulges (see below). The cover itself looks more flat than usual (G-6, G-14, G-10 etc.) and the radiator is not the very deep one but seems to be wider and shallower (only Erla built such type), as far as this can be seen on the photo. It's interesting that the wings have the big wheel well fairings and the tires are the larger 660x190 ones. Checked my sources and the information is that blocks 150 xxx and 151 xxx had the larger wheels.
Check lower cowling of a "non-Erla" Bf 109G-10:

Yes, the lower cowling does look to be the Erla G-10 style that is generally recognised.
