Greetings ladies and gentlemen.
Friday, I completed a Spitfire Mk. IX model kit from Italeri (that I bought to replace an other Mk. IX I broke earlier that week).
The version was coded EJ-C and the tail number was PT396. On the plan, there was nothing else writen than : "L.F. Mk. IX - RCAF Commanding Officer, Tangmere 1944"
After a short search, I found out who the pilot was and I also found this web site about him...
