I see posts on WW2aircraft about Elbonian aircraft, but not with an explicit set of rules.
You are the treasonous minister or secretary for defense/war of Elbonia. Your job is to equip their airforce with new aircraft. These aircraft must look functional and scary, but must be absolutely useless in any form of combat, or in any other emergency.
Select your Elbonian aircraft and define its mission. There will be extra marks for creativity and humour. If the aircraft is not funny, maybe your mission can be funny!

- Your aircraft must be incapable of carrying out its mission or missions or any other useful task.
- The Elbonians are discriminating judges of aircraft style. Your chosen aircraft must look cool.
- You may lie about everything else.
- WWII era is preferred, but if you have a good idea for some other period...
