Encore issue of Fi-103 & Natter

I recently got a kit of the Encore of the above subjects. In the decal and paint section of the instructions it stated "A few Natters did see combat". But then on the same sheet it said "Although the Natter and Fi-103 were not operational".
So my question is were any these actually considered for operation service. I was always under the impression they were only in the testing phase before surrender. Are there any plans of a paint scheme for either or any thing is a flight of fancy?

The term Fi-103 is often used for the V-1 Flying Bomb - which of course did see service. The Natter did also see operational use but in very limited numbers & was really still in testing.
 
The Fieseler Fi-103 is better known as the V-1, the Fi-103R was the manned version.
Aside from test flights (including flights by Hanna Reitsch), it was never used in combat.

The Bachem Ba349 "Natter" was only flown once under power with a pilot, who perished during the flight.
None of the Ba349s ever saw combat.

Well this is the piloted version that I guess you could say is a Luft 46. I haven't check to see if I could just do a regular Fi-103. Was Natter actually used against bomber formations? I have never seen anything to say otherwise.
 
The Luftwaffe formed 5./KG200 "Leonidas" just for the Fi-103R, but it never became operational.

The closest the Ba349 came to combat operations, was the group stationed near Stuttgart, in the Hasenholtz woods.
The 10th Armored division (U.S.) over ran the site before the launch pads were ready.
No Ba349 was ever used operationally.
