Cost of the required hp to make it bigger. Scott settled on the Verner for power and designed around that capability.

Not to mention MLG. Gear to hold the larger airplane and its larger powerplant as well as the associated hydraulic systems ain't cheap.

Scott plans to offer the kits with either fixed or retracts. He's got a few other things lurking once this project is wrung out and the kits are available.
