Cool idea. Years ago when I worked at the Air Force Plant Reps office, Northrop sold a single F5 to some small African nation. Never saw the livery and we were not sure who was ultimately going to fly and maintain it but likely contracted all that out. No spares package that I remember so maybe just a park and admire. And maybe the order was ultimately cancelled when wiser minds prevailed.
