Master and Commander out of the list but

The Hill is a favourite of mine (Sean Connery's first major role) and IMO his best bit of acting

Tunes of Glory for Alec Guinness'es fantasic portral of the Colonol.

ZULU was a great film with a brilliant sound track in fact that good that the Battle scene in Gladiator used the Zulu war chant from it.
