Thanks I have always liked WW2 aircraft.

That thing about the Anson the R.A.F most have really been sort on the ground!

You know one of the first aerial attacks on submarines in WWII was taken by Ansons, one accidentally bombed HMS Seal with the existing anti-submarine bombs. The only damage done was that a couple of lightbulbs were blown

it's strange really, when you think about it, anti-shipping went full circle in WWII, we started using bombs against ships, then torps and mines, and then with the sinking of the Tirpitz it went back to bombs again........
