The sept issue of Military History has an article about the FF-1 Ford Feckless Bomber: weapons we're glad they never built. Was there such a thing?? I tryed to search the internet but could find no reference to it. Supposedly a prototype was built but it crashed into a Chevy Dealer. Sounds too strange to be true.

there was in fact an FF-1, but it was Grumann's first fighter for the Navy
