My mother in law had the same procedure as you. It takes a little bit of time but your energy will get better and overall you will feel fitter.
Apperantly the emotion of this happening and the good old ticker wondering what the hell happened, drains a lot of power.
But no worries, you will be entertaining us with your builds soon.

I can concur with above Bill. In layman's terms, it knocks the sh*t out of you physically, mentally and emotionally. You have had one hell of a scare but time will heal and you'll soon be chucking plastic around the room again.
