Focke-Wulf Fw-56 Stosser info placard

Can someone help me with some detailed information on the information panel on the Stosser which was on the port side aft of the airplane, under the stab? I am building a flying scale model and would like to replicate it. So far, my searches have turned up very little

I'm having a tough time with this one. Thanks for looking. As an alternate, since it probably lists the specs of the airplane and which are easy to find, I was also looking for other period German aircraft that had similar nomenclature on the fuselage. I just started that search.
