That is not a "Fallschirmjäger Bunker", that is one of the dutch "Rivier kazematten" at the Moerdijk bridge. I might be wrong, but I think this is the "Rivier kazemat I", the one that was demolished for the A16 some years ago. It has an interesting history.

No it were Fallschirmjäger Bunker. They occupied the bunkers. They even signed it.

I posted and have seen on eBay a few of these little bunkers with new management.

They were definitely Dutch kazematten. I guess the graffiti was put on after May 1940 when the german para's occupied the area. But this is Rivier kazemat I, which was not very far from my house. On May 10h it was occupied by Dutch police troops and one of the few units to be able to resist the German attack on the bridge. Took the Germans a while to conquer this kazemat. Unfortunately this kazemat has been removed. Rivier kazemat II, close by can still be seen although significantly altered by the Germans during the wall.

There isnt such a thing as Fallschirmjäger Bunker. Is exactly the oposite of what this arms has been invented for.
However in identifying it can be labelled as such.
Because of who conquered them and wrote their name on it.
